Community Standards Director

 REF # 111-50

 Pine Mountain Lake Association has a full time opening for a CC&R Community Standards Director. 
Must be able to handle member complaints, both written and verbal.  Must work well with others.  Investigates for CC&R, resolution and rules violations.   Obtains pictures and information, supporting the alleged violations.  Prepares and submits non-compliance notices to General Manager for approval and signature.   Logs violations and sends subsequent notices in a timely fashion.  Fields calls in response to non-compliance notices.   Also researches and prepares Requests for Restitution for Association property damage. 
Salary range $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Medical benefits, 401K plan, PTO and paid holidays.

Recreation and Seasonal Operations Manager Position

Pine Mountain Lake Association seeks to fill a top management position for its Administration operation.
Applicant must have minimum of 5 years experience managing business operations.  Recreation, marina and multiple operation management experience preferred.  Personal computer skills and budget management important.  Strong people skills a must.
Prefer college graduate or equivalent units and work experience.
Salary $48K to $52K DOE. Medical benefits, 401K plan, PTO and paid holidays.

Waterfowl Control Operator

REF #104-64

Part Time, approximately 1200 hrs. Year round
Will monitor and report waterfowl activity.
Perform hazing activities to keep waterfowl off of all beaches, grass areas, and ponds.
Utilize equipment and canines as authorized to assist with hazing activities
Maintain and pick up waterfowl waste product from beaches and grass areas, as needed.
Work closely with Assistant to the GM, Golf Maintenance Superintendent and Marina Manager in reporting and monitoring of beaches, grass areas, and ponds.
Meet and correspond with Waterfowl Committee at monthly meetings.
$10 per hr.
