PT Outside Services Dept# 65-14

SUMMARY
Provides excellent customer service by being polite and courteous to property owners, renters
and guests. Cleans and maintains golf carts, clubs, bag storage area and driving range.
Follows daily direction from manager.
Candidates for this position may be required to:
- Assist property owners, renters and guests with golf carts and clubs
- Cleans golf carts and golf clubs
- Washes all carts nightly
- Follows cart distribution and rotation procedures
- Picks up all balls from driving range using a variety of tools
- Monitors, cleans and organizes club storage area
- Helps prepare for tournaments
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Regular, punctual attendance is required
- Must have a valid driver license and an insurable driving record
- Other duties may be assigned
Salary: $18.00 - $20.23 / Hour. Pay within this range varies and may also depend on job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. Typically starts at the base rate.

Sous Chef Dept# 60-48

SUMMARY
Prepares and assists Executive Chef in coordination with all The Grill food services for in-house
and catering functions, and directs kitchen and wait staff.
CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION MAY BE REQUIRED TO:
- Assists in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control.
- Assists in planning menu, taking advantage of foods in season and availability.
- Directs activities of kitchen and wait staff who assist in preparing and serving meals in the
absence of the Executive Chef.
- Prepares food dishes utilizing broiler, grill, deep fryer, and sauté.
- Prepares or directs catering preparation, trays, and service when necessary.
- Presents prepared dishes to patrons when requested.
- Maintains health, safety and sanitation codes and guidelines in kitchen area.
- Performs Executive Chef duties when necessary.
- Regular, punctual attendance is required.
- Must availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the kitchen staff and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and
evaluation of this unit.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and
applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance;
Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 DOE

PT Stable Hand Dept# 63-17

SUMMARY
Assists Equestrian Center Manager in maintaining horses, grounds, and facilities consistent with
requirements of organizational efficiency by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Feeds, waters, and cleans up after horses
- Responsible for cash receipts, boarding forms, liability releases and other record keeping.
- Maintains and cleans lounge area
- Maintains water troughs in and around facility, cleans paddocks, breezeway and adjacent
grounds
- Assists Stable Manager
- Observe and note changes in horse’s appetite, disposition, habits and/or disposition
- Inspects hay and grain storage for moisture, rodent control, and potential fire hazards
- Responsible for containing and capturing loose horses to confines of area
- Regular, punctual attendance is required, holidays may be required
- Other duties may assigned
Salary: $18.72 per hour

Stable Lead Dept# 63-18

Full-time Stables Lead
The Stables Lead is the responsible party when the Stables Manager is not present for daily
operations of the barn and grounds. The Lead works directly with the Manager to provide
support for the stables. Important aspects of this operation include maintaining the highest level
of customer service and appearance for the amenity and its staff.
Candidates for this position may be required to:
- Inspects and maintains barns, paddocks, outbuildings, fences, arena and other areas in the
confines of the stables.
- Responsible for maintaining, cleaning and restocking supplies in restroom and lounge area.
- Maintains the facility picnic area benches, tables, barbeque pits, fence repairs, and lawn care.
- Submits work orders for major or specialized jobs to Maintenance Department.
- Inspects hay and grain storage for moisture, rodent control and potential fire hazards.
- Responsible for corralling loose horses to confides of area.
- Responsible for weed control and necessary trash and debris removal.
- Assists with cleaning horse stalls and waters as needed.
- Maintain courteous and professional conduct with boarders, members and guests.
- Communication liaison for the stables when the Manager is not present.
- Assist and coordinate with events as needed.
- Answers customer’s complaints or inquiries.
- Oversees and monitors safety of staff, boarders, members and guests.
- Ensures the stables are organized and well maintained.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Coordinates stables event calendar with the Stables Manager.
- Available weekends and holidays.
- Regular, punctual attendance required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Salary: $23.63 per hour
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
