Country Club Building Renovation Project

The following is information and photos regarding the renovation of the Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen, Outside Deck area at the Grill facility. After months of review and member input, the original plan to renovate the 19th Hole Lounge (Bar) at the Grill was updated to include the rest of the facility. All areas of the building were in need of renovation and the Board decided to move in this direction to save money by doing the project all at once rather than piecemeal. Funding for this project came out of Association reserves. The Board of Directors held several meetings to discuss the project, took member input and finalized and approved the design and chose a general contractor. The demolition was completed and the contractor found several issues with the electrical, mechanical, HVAC ducting and plumbing systems. As a result, these have all been replaced. Our contractor completed installation of all components and fixtures and we are performing the remainder of the finish work. We have opened the Bar and have been holding training dinners and working with staff to get our facility back to normal operations and we look forward to completion so that members can enjoy our newly renovated amenity. This should all happen soon.
