1) No property owner business advertisement of any kind allowed.
2) No outside commercial advertisement of any kind is allowed.
3) No outside event advertisement unless approved by the General Manager.
4) Due to the size of the bulletin boards, please, no postings larger than 8 1/2" x 11".

* All copy, advertising time and place of meetings, may be posted twenty (20) days in advance of an event.
* All other types of informational copy time limit to be thirty (30) days total.
* All PMLA Organized Groups and Clubs may utilize bulletin boards including the LED electronic board at the main gate.
* Association notices (Board Meetings, Recreational Events, ect.) shall take precedence and shall not be removed.
