Hiking Trail Notes
1. Pedestrian and bicycle use only (No vehicles of any type)

2. Dogs must remain on leash
3. Stay on trail
4. Respect private property - no trespassing
5. Carry drinking water

NO littering   *  NO motorized vehicles   *   NO hunting   *   NO fires

NO HUNTING OF ANY ANIMAL OR FOWL ALLOWED IN PML.

Trails will be closed and entry denied if fire conditions warrant closure.

Recreation & Trail Area (Units 14 & 16) (Private)
Units 14 & 16 are home to Pine Mountain Lake's Hiking and are available to all property owners, renters and guests.  Hours of use for trails are from 7 am to dusk.  Please follow all posted rules.

Rock Canyon Trail (Private)
Green belt hiking trail map (Units 3 & 4)

Trailhead starts at Fisherman's Cove located off Pine Mountain Drive and Rock Canyon Way in Unit 3.  Over 20 interpretive nature signs detailing our native plant life have been installed along the trail! Rock Canyon hiking trail is a 1.5 mile loop from trailhead, around the loop and back to trailhead.  Drinking water and restrooms are available at Fisherman's Cove and the tennis courts.  NO restrooms on trail.

Pedestrian use only on this trail.

Big Creek Trail (Private)
An easy trail on the old Hetch Hetchy Railroad Grade.  Trail travels on the North and East banks of Big Creek to the PMLA Boundary.  Trail has a posted diversion route away from private property.  Trailhead parking to PMLA boundary is 1.0 mil. (2 miles round trip).  Trailhead parking to McKinley Way is 0.8 miles one way.
