Governing Documents

Each new homeowner at Pine Mountain Lake receives a copy of the Bylaws, CC&Rs (PML First Restated Declaration Of  Restrictions) and other important documents when they purchase their home. These governing documents are updated periodically, so if you purchased your home years ago, you may not have current copies. These documents are important to have handy. May we suggest if you need current information you can use this page as we work hard to keep this information current. If you do not use the internet, you can purchase a hard copy of the Bylaws and CC&Rs (PML First Restated Declaration Of  Restrictions) ($5). If you want to replace the entire new homeowner information packet that includes all of the governing documents including Resolutions, plus additional information you can purchase a Flash Drive ($50).
