The following is information regarding the renovation of the Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen, Outside Deck area at the Grill facility. After months of review and member input, the original plan to renovate the 19th Hole Lounge (Bar) at the Grill was updated to include the rest of the facility. All areas need to be renovated and the Board decided to move in this direction to save money by doing the project all at once rather than piecemeal. Funding for this project will come out of the reserves.
The Board of Directors held a town hall meeting on Saturday, December 16th at 10 am at the Lake Lodge. A presentation, was made by the restaurant design expert and the Board discussed the project and took member input at that time.
The Board considered member input at the January 20, 2018 Board Meeting and there was further discussion regarding the project.
