New Email Opt-in Program

The Association is pleased to offer a new, money saving program available to all PMLA property owners.  This program allows you to receive many of the documents we are required to provide to you via email.  This option is important because:

• Cost Savings – The Association is spared the expense of printing and mailing many documents to those property owners who sign up.

• Environmental Savings – Less paper means less trash and reduced damage to the environment both in the disposal and production of paper and envelopes.

• Reduced Clutter – By receiving documents via email there is less paper for you to deal with.  All documents can be saved on your computer and viewed at your discretion.

• Timely Receipt – Documents sent electronically are received in minutes as opposed to the days it takes for regular mail to arrive.
